ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
All order will be acknowledged. Please check
for any discrepancies or changes.

ARTWORK
Please submit your artwork electronically in
the following formats: Adobe Illustrator and
Photoshop. Please convert all text to outlines.
Please supply PMS colors for  your art. Please
send art to art@terraprecision.com. We can
create art from sketches or other formats at an
additional cost.

REORDERS
There are no set up charges incurred with
reorders. Please reference your old PO
number and our Invoice number to ease in
finding the tooling.

RUSH ORDERS
Yes we do a lot of rush orders. There may be a
service charge and almost always the
shipping will cost more since we will be
express shipping. Please contact us with the
specifics on your project.

COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
Any logos, names or trademarks used in our
marketing are examples of work done by the
factory. They are not for sale. We assume that
you have 100% authority to use all logos and
trademarks you send to us. Sorry, but we
assume no liability for trademark or copyright
disputes.

RETURN POLICY
No items may be returned without our written
authorization. All return requests must be
made within 15 days of receipt of goods.

SET UP CHARGES
All set up charges including but not limited to
dies, tooling, screens, tapes are for labor only.
However they do remain in our possession for
use by the same customer only.

CATALOGS
Catalogs are available at no charge.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
From time to time someone does change their
mind on a project or even cancel it. In either case
we will only charge you for costs incurred up to
the time of the change.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
The Government requires that all imported items
bear the mark of the country of manufacture.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped FOB VT (Vermont)

PRODUCT IMAGE USAGE
We make great products and are proud to show
them off. Therefore anything manufactured by
TerraPrecision may appear in future marketing.
Please let us know in writing if you do not want
us to use the image.

CONSULTATION
We love to talk to our customers about their
projects. There is no charge to discuss what
item, process or detail will be best for them. It is
just our pleasure to help.

TERMS
Net 30 days on approved credit. New accounts
require first order pre-payment unless they have
been preapproved by our accounting
department. We accept VISA, MasterCard and
American Express.

OVER/UNDER RUNS
We work extra hard to make sure you get just the
exact amount of pieces you requested for your
order. However all of our order are subject to a
5% over/under run policy.

QUOTATION
Please contact us for large quantity quotations or
for items you do not find prices for.
